? Experience: 0–3 years

? KEY RESPONSIBILITY — BRANCH DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING

Take an active role in developing and expanding the Vapi branch

Identify and approach potential customers and businesses for logistics/transportation services

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, transporters, vendors, and logistics partners

Generate new business opportunities and support branch growth

Promote the company's logistics and transportation services in the local market

Understand local market requirements and identify opportunities for expansion

? WAREHOUSE & OPERATIONS

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations

Coordinate with logistics partners, transporters, and vendors

Ensure timely and accurate dispatches

Maintain proper inventory and warehouse records

Minimize discrepancies in loading,



unloading, and dispatch processes

Manage and coordinate with warehouse staff

Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions

Robust team-handling and problem-solving skills

Good knowledge of warehouse/logistics operations

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to coordinate with clients, transporters, vendors, and logistics partners

Business development and local marketing mindset

Ability to take ownership and work independently

Relevant warehouse/logistics experience preferred
