Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of products.

- Ensure timely order processing and fulfillment for e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.

- Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, and conduct regular stock audits.

- Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth shipment and timely deliveries.

- Ensure proper warehouse space utilization and maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.

- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor team productivity.

- Handle & aim to Minimize return orders (RTO) by ensuring the delivery of quality products, damaged goods, and inventory reconciliation.

- Maintain MIS reports related to stock, dispatches, inward/outward movement, and order status.

- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Accounts, and Customer Support for operational alignment.





- Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.

- 4–8 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in E-Commerce / D2C operations.

- Valuable knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management, and dispatch processes.

- Experience in handling marketplace orders (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).

- Strong leadership, team handling, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and coordination abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods / E-Commerce industry preferred.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

- Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations.
