SOAI is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team and support day-to-day warehouse operations.

Experience: Fresher – 1 Year

Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass

Language: Able to read & write English

Job Responsibilities

Receive and verify incoming materials against delivery documents.

Check materials for quantity, damage, and basic quality issues.

Unload and move materials safely within the warehouse.

Properly store and organize materials in designated locations.

Pick materials/products as per requirements.

Pack, label, and dispatch products accurately.

Issue materials to the production team as required.

Maintain proper stock and inventory records.

Perform daily stock counting and periodic inventory checks.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock.

Ensure proper identification, labeling, and arrangement of materials.

Maintain records of material inward and outward movement.

Assist with barcode scanning and basic ERP/system entries, if required.Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and other teams for material requirements.

Report damaged, missing,



or incorrect materials to the supervisor.

Follow FIFO practices wherever applicable.

Handle materials carefully to avoid damage or loss.

Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the warehouse.

Follow warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.

Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory handling.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

Good attention to detail.Ability to maintain accurate records.

Physically fit and comfortable with warehouse activities.

Ability to handle materials carefully.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Responsible and disciplined approach to work.

Working Conditions Factory / warehouse workplace.

May involve standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials.

Requires following safety and housekeeping procedures.

Team-based working environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
