About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Site Engineer to oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in site execution, project coordination, and civil works management, with a strong understanding of warehouse construction projects.

The role requires ensuring project completion within timelines while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction and site execution activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and maintain project schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Manage site manpower, materials, and resources effectively.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and project documentation.
- Resolve technical and operational issues at the construction site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Support project planning, estimation, and execution activities.

Required Qualifications




- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in construction site management.
- Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of warehouse construction projects is mandatory.
- Experience in civil works execution, site supervision, and project coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Knowledge of construction materials, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in warehouse, industrial, or commercial construction projects.
- Knowledge of project planning and resource management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting.
- Solid coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
