Job Title : Warehouse Manager

Location: Taloja, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide all required assistance to the Operations team enabling them to achieve 99% OTIFAQ (On Time In Full Adequate Quality)
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction in terms of quality, packaging, timeliness and response.
- Ensure near 0% variance in stocks.
- Ensure that the expiry dates are checked during every inward.
- All inward to be done as per the purchase order issued by the Purchase Team.
- Any expired/damaged/loose products should not be accepted and clearly mentioned on the delivery challan.
- Ensure usage of products in the warehouse is as per FIFO (First In, First Out).
- All products should be properly packaged and labelled.
- Maintain monthly inventory of warehouse equipment and assets.
- Regularly monitor and log the temperature of the freezer/ chillers/refrigerators.
- Ensure that the fire extinguishers are annually/ as prescribed serviced by a competent third party.
- Clean and deice the freezer/ chillers/refrigerators at regular intervals.
- Ensure that the warehouse is free from pests and rodents.
- Ensure the warehouse is properly lit and ventilated.
- Ensure Protected practices are followed during lifting operations.
- PPE kit and safety shoes to be used at all advised times.




- Maintain Compliance towards Code of Conduct from the HR perspective (that Includes but not limited to Interpersonal Interaction, people management & self-conduct through timely and proper correspondence/interaction, absenteeism and other such regulatory directives of HR as agreed upon on joining the organization).
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Maintain proper reports of the compliance by the team and self towards the delegated KPIs for quarterly evaluation.
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory, and stock control.
- Ensure FIFO & LIFO practices, inward/outward documentation, and stock accuracy.
- Monitor warehouse safety, hygiene, equipment, and compliance.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff to achieve operational KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline; Supply Chain Management preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of warehousing/supply chain experience.
- Minimum 3 years as a Warehouse Manager in a B2C warehouse.
- Experience in FMCG/Food/Frozen Products/Cold Storage operations preferred.
- Good knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and inventory management systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Marine industry experience is preferable.
