Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for US-based IT clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, negotiating, and closing IT professionals for contract, C2C, W2, and full-time roles. This role also includes mentoring junior recruiters and driving recruitment strategy to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full-cycle US IT recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding).

Work on Contract, C2C, W2, and Full-Time IT requirements.

Analyze job descriptions and understand technical requirements.

Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.

Conduct initial HR/technical screening of candidates.

Coordinate interviews with clients and manage feedback.

Negotiate pay rates/salary and finalize offers.

Ensure compliance with US work authorization (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.).





Maintain ATS and recruitment trackers.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly hiring targets.

Train, mentor, and guide junior recruiters.

Build long-term relationships with consultants and vendors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.

5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.

Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

Hands-on experience with ATS tools and job portals.

Excellent knowledge of IT technologies (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, etc.).

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work in US time zones.

Proven track record of closing mid-to-senior level IT positions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience handling direct clients and implementation partners.

Team handling or mentoring experience.

Solid vendor network.

Experience in MSP/VMS hiring environments.
