Role & responsibilities

Branch Relationship Officer: As a part of the branch banking team, Branch Relationship Officers (BROs) are responsible for providing financial solutions to customer by offering banks products, providing service to existing and New To bank customers in the branch and adding recent customers through referral generation activities and customer visits.

Business Development Associate: Officer Sales are a part of the Bank's front-line sales force whose primary responsibility is to get new customers for the bank and explore new business opportunities. Officer Sales are responsible for selling banking and investment products and services to customers based on their needs.



They are also responsible for handling customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a pure sales job and involves daily customer reach-outs & travelling.

Preferred candidate profile

Branch Relationship Officer: Graduate with minimum 2+ years of experience in BFSI/NBFC.

Business Development Associate: Graduates with 2+ years of BFSI/NBFC experience, 1+ year of sales experience in any industry, or fresh graduates (including 2026 pass-outs) are eligible to apply.
