Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (2025 or 2026 pass-out only)

Eligibility:

- No education gaps
- No active backlogs
- Experience: 0–0.6 months (Freshers eligible)

Salary:

- 3 LPA (CTC)

Training Agreement:

- 2-year training agreement must be signed at the time of joining.

Job Location: Pune Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

- Assist in developing architectural designs and plans.
- Generate design development ideas.
- Prepare CAD drawings and technical diagrams.
- Research building codes and construction standards.
- Support project documentation and design activities.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Basic knowledge of Revit.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a team.
