- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and courteously.
- Attend to patient, customer, and visitor calls and provide appropriate assistance.
- Direct calls to the concerned departments, staff, or extensions accurately.
- Maintain explicit communication and ensure timely response to caller queries.
- Record and relay important messages, call details, and requests when required.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telephone operations, or handling customer/patient calls are preferred.
