Telecaller & Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and responsible Telecaller & Customer Support Executive to handle customer calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and provide professional support to our agents and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Respond to customer and agent enquiries professionally
- Follow up on orders, payments, deliveries, and pending requests
- Provide basic information about company services, meetings, training, and procedures
- Handle WhatsApp and phone support
- Record and maintain customer call and follow-up details
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Courier, and Management teams
- Follow up on customer complaints until resolution
- Maintain skilled and polite communication at all times

Requirements

- Good communication skills
- English & Tamil required
- Telugu/Hindi will be an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge Excel, Google Sheets, Email & WhatsApp
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
