Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing materials at the project/site store.

- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of materials.

- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with system records.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and submit them to management.

- Issue materials to site engineers, supervisors, and contractors as per approved requisitions.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory control and store operations.





- Maintain proper documentation of material inward and outward movements.

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transport personnel for smooth material handling.

- Ensure housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained within the store premises.

- Track slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory and report the same to management.

- Support project teams by ensuring the timely availability of required materials at the site.

- Assist during internal and external audits related to inventory and store management.
