Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process

• Follow up with selected candidates until successful onboarding

Requirements




- IT recruitment experience is preferred for experienced candidates
- Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Willingness to work from office, Monday to Friday
