Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle and resolve client queries, complaints, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.

- Develop a strong understanding of Webtels software products and taxation-related solutions to provide accurate and effective client support.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, product-related concerns, and service requests.

- Maintain positive and skilled relationships with existing clients and prospective customers.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and effective service delivery.

- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfactory resolution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, complaints, and resolutions.

Qualification:

- Mandatory Bcom/ Bcom (hons) graduate or pursuing.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to understand software products and explain technical or taxation-related concepts to clients in a simple and effective manner.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new products, processes, and technologies
