Role & Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute day-to-day construction activities at the project site.

- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality and safety compliance.

- Prepare daily progress reports, material reconciliation, and site documentation.

- Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, and billing teams to achieve project milestones.

- Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure efficient resource utilization.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site execution.

- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

- Valuable knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and quality standards.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project documentation is preferred.

- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Willing to work at project sites and travel as required.
