About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with strong experience in luxury residential real estate, particularly in selling premium and luxury apartments. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, handling HNI/UHNI clients, managing channel partners, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for luxury apartments.

- Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, digital channels, and channel partners.

- Handle HNI/UHNI clients, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking.

- Build solid relationships with clients and channel partners.

- Monitor market trends, competitor projects,



and sales opportunities.

- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve targets.

- Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and pipeline tracking.

- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Projects teams.

- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth transaction closure.
