Key Responsibilities

- Execute monthly compensation cycles including crediting, close-out, adjustments and limiters.

- Perform reconciliation and variance checks before payout.

- Investigate and resolve compensation-related queries.

- Maintain SOPs, controls evidence and exception logs.

- Work with makerchecker controls and support compensation automation.

Experience & Skills:

- 2-8 years in compensation, incentive compensation or finance operations.

- Strong Excel skills with hands-on experience in calculations and reconciliation.

- Exposure to ICM platforms such as Varicent is preferred.

- Strong accuracy and control mindset.

1. Sales Planning Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities

- Execute quota loading, in-year adjustments and target-letter issuance.

- Manage territory, account-to-seller alignment and hierarchy changes.

- Maintain position IDs, roll-ups and overlays.

- Resolve planning tickets within defined SLAs.

- Support seller onboarding/offboarding and planning KPI reporting.

- Maintain process documentation and support standardisation.





Experience & Skills:

- 2-8 years in sales operations, sales planning or data operations.

- Advanced Excel skills.

- Experience with quota, territory and hierarchy operations.

- Solid accuracy, reliability and collaboration skills.

1. Backlog Clearance Analyst

Key Responsibilities

- Screen and segment open cases based on channel, age, exposure and partner.

- Review and close invalid, duplicate, already-paid or out-of-policy cases.

- Follow up on dependencies with relevant client counterparts.

- Research and resolve valid cases as per the standard runbook.

- Prepare exception cases for review and maintain QA evidence.

- Track clearance and dependency progress separately.

Experience & Skills:

- 28 years in dispute resolution, claims, compensation inquiries or transaction operations.

- Experience in case/dispute research, data segmentation and evidence preparation.

- Strong attention to detail, follow-up discipline and sound judgement.
