- Role Title: Sales Executive / Personal Loans (Direct Sales Team)

- Department: Retail Lending / Unsecured Assets

- Objective: Acquire recent personal loan customers, hit monthly disbursement targets, and maintain clean portfolio health

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Find prospective borrowers through field visits, market mapping, direct client interactions, and local networking.

- Customer Engagement: Pitch unsecured loan products, explain interest rates, fees, and repayment terms, and evaluate basic financial needs.

- Application Processing: Collect, verify, and organize mandatory documents like KYC, income proof, and bank statements.

- Internal Coordination: Work with credit, risk, and operations teams to clear file queries and speed up loan disbursals.

- Compliance & Quality: Ensure fraud-free, policy-compliant sourcing to keep default rates low on unsecured portfolios.
