Real Estate Sales Director Tiruchirappalli District Only

SELVISONLINE PROPERTY CONSULTANTS is looking for an experienced, target-oriented and highly motivated Real Estate Sales Director to lead our property sales and business development operations in Tiruchirappalli District.

This is a senior leadership position for a real estate sales professional with proven experience in property sales, team management, lead generation, customer conversion and sales target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete real estate sales function for Tiruchirappalli District.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build, recruit, train and manage a high-performing real estate sales team.
- Generate quality leads and convert leads into site visits, negotiations and property bookings.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to booking and closure.
- Develop relationships with property buyers, investors, HNI customers, NRI customers and channel partners.
- Develop and expand local real estate referral and channel partner networks.
- Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, site visits, conversion ratios and booking performance.
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing and Social Media teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Analyse market trends, competitor projects, pricing and customer demand in Tiruchirappalli.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Set individual and team targets and ensure consistent achievement.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and market feedback for management.
- Maintain qualified customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Property Sales / Business Development.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.




- Strong knowledge of the Tiruchirappalli / Trichy real estate market.
- Experience in residential plots, villa plots, gated community projects, apartments or land sales will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and closing skills.
- Excellent customer relationship and team management skills.
- Experience in lead generation and lead conversion.
- Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and digital lead-generation campaigns will be an advantage.
- Strong local professional network and business development capability.
- Candidates with previous experience as Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, Sales Head, Business Development Manager, Real Estate Manager or Property Sales Head are encouraged to apply.

The selected candidate must be willing to work and develop the real estate sales business within Tiruchirappalli District.

Candidates with strong knowledge, experience and professional networks in the Trichy real estate market will be given preference.
