Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct quality control checks on manufactured medical equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
- Inspect products using measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Height gauge, etc. to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of inspection results, including photographs and documentation of findings.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 13485:2016 & ISO 9001:2015 certification requirements.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues related to product quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Check and inspect materials during production at every stage to ensure compliance with standards.
- Thoroughly inspect finished products before dispatch to ensure zero defects and customer satisfaction.
- Have core knowledge of Orthopaedic implants and instruments.
- Solid attention to detail with a quality first mindset.
