Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct BPR reviews, change controls, CAPAs, deviation investigations, process validation, and IPQA activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues related to packaging materials.

- Develop and implement effective QMS systems to maintain high-quality standards throughout the organization.

- Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by management while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

- Provide technical support for product development initiatives by conducting stability studies, shelf life assessments, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with a focus on QA/Quality Assurance or similar role.

- MS/M.Sc (Science) degree in Chemistry or related field; Ph.D preferred but not mandatory.

- Robust understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Current Good Laboratory Practice (cGMP), ISO 15188:2011 standard.
