We are seeking experienced Process Specialist - Patient Injury (PI) with in-depth knowledge of U.S. medical billing processes.

- Joining: Immediate
- Shift: Night Shift
- Night Shift( Transportation: No cab facility provided candidates must arrange their own commute)

Role & responsibilities Role Focus: Basic claim processing, payment posting, and patient account follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review PI/WC claims for required attachments like accident reports or employer forms.
- Call insurance payers to check the status of pending claims.
- Post payments and adjust accounts accurately in the billing system.




- Send medical records and bills to attorneys or adjusters on request.

Core Skills Needed:

- Basic knowledge of US healthcare RCM, good phone communication, and attention to detail.
