We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer/Consultant with robust expertise in IT Operations Management modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and Cloud Management. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow ITOM solutions to improve IT infrastructure visibility and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Configure and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
- Troubleshoot Discovery issues and optimize scan performance.
- Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools such as:
- SolarWinds
- Dynatrace
- Splunk
- AppDynamics
- SCOM
- Develop and maintain MID Servers.
- Create workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations.
- Ensure CMDB data quality, governance, and compliance.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams.
- Support ITSM and ITOM process improvements.
- Perform upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.
