- Supervise the collection, organization, indexing, storage, and retrieval of both physical and electronic patient records (EMR/HIS)
- Conduct regular audits to verify that charts, discharge summaries, consent forms, and doctor notes are fully completed and signed.
- Lead, train, and manage the MRD team, including setting duty rosters and distributing daily tasks
- Ensure strict compliance with legal regulations, patient privacy laws (like HIPAA or local standards), and hospital accreditation requirements such as NABH
Preferred candidate profile
Hospital experience is mandatory
