- Supervise bed allotment, patient registration, and transfer processes. Coordinate final bill closures and smooth discharges
- Conduct regular ward rounds, address patient and family complaints, and maintain high service standards.
- Supervise floor coordinators and ward staff. Manage duty rosters and train teams on communication and patient handling
- Track bed occupancy rates, average length of stay (ALOS), and discharge times (TAT). Submit reports to senior management.
- Oversee outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) schedules, patient flow
- Resolve patient grievances and reduce wait times.

Hospital IP/OP operations Experience
Experience in handling team
Solid communication skills
