Youll be interacting with US customers and working in a target-driven environment across Sales, Upselling or US Credit Card Collections, depending on your experience and suitability.

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time, Work-from-office role

Location: Bellandur, Bangalore

Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with US customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Drive sales, upselling and cross-selling opportunities where applicable.
- Handle payment and collection-related conversations with customers where applicable.
- Convince and negotiate with customers to achieve the required business or collection targets.
- Handle customer objections and queries professionally.
- Achieve individual sales, collection, quality and productivity targets.
- Maintain excellent customer service while meeting business objectives.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update the required systems.
- Follow process guidelines,



quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in any of the following:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with US customers over the phone.
- Strong sales and target-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable handling customer objections.
- Willing to work in US rotational shifts.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
