10+2 undergraduates can also apply

Must have excellent verbal communication skills in English

Should be comfortable working in night shifts

What Youll Do:-

Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats

Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner

Troubleshoot issues and provide effective resolutions

Deliver an excellent customer experience with every interaction
