We are hiring experienced HR Recruiters / Talent Acquisition professionals to join our recruitment team.

Only experienced candidates will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets within agreed timelines.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

Eligibility




- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / HR Recruitment.
- Candidates with experience in BPO / Volume Hiring / Bulk Hiring will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to work with targets and meet hiring timelines.
