Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end volume recruitment for International Contact Center / BPO hiring.

- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, employee referrals, databases, social media and other sourcing channels.

- Handle high-volume candidate screening and ensure quality profiles are shortlisted.

- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates based on communication, eligibility and process requirements.

- Coordinate interviews, documentation, offer releases and joining formalities.

- Drive candidates through the recruitment funnel from sourcing to joining.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

- Work closely with business/operations and HR teams to understand manpower requirements.

- Ensure hiring targets and joining numbers are achieved within agreed timelines.





- Manage candidate engagement and reduce offer drops and no-shows.

- Participate in recruitment drives, walk-ins and other volume hiring initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Must have hands-on experience in Volume Hiring / Bulk Hiring.

- Mandatory experience in recruiting for an International Contact Center / International BPO environment.

- Strong sourcing, screening and candidate engagement skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment setting.

- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring funnel management.

- Ability to manage multiple requirements and large candidate volumes simultaneously.
