Hiring: HR Contractor | 36 Months | Noida

Jupiter AI Labs is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Contractor to support our HR operations and recruitment activities for a 36 month contract period.

Position: HR Contractor

Contract Duration: 36 Months

Location: Noida, Sector 63

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Experience: 0-1 Years

Employment Type: Contract

Shift Timings: 9:30 am 7 pm (Monday - Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate with hiring managers for further interview rounds.
- Manage joining, onboarding, documentation, and employee records.
- Maintain and update HR trackers, attendance records, and recruitment databases.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
- Assist with offer letters, joining formalities, exit formalities,



and other HR documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare regular recruitment and HR operation reports for management.
- Ensure smooth coordination between candidates, employees, and internal teams.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar hiring platforms.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic HR documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
