About the Role

As a German-Speaking Sales Representative, you will work closely with travel agencies and property owners, helping them maximize their visibility on a leading travel platform. Through proactive outreach and consultative sales, you will support partners in optimizing their listings, increasing bookings, and driving revenue growth.

This is a target-driven outbound sales role requiring strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. You will play a key role in acquiring new partners, reactivating dormant accounts, supporting renewals, and identifying upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound sales activities and engage with prospective and existing partners.
- Acquire new property listings and onboard partners onto the platform.
- Reactivate inactive and dormant partner accounts.
- Drive contract renewals and maintain long-term business relationships.




- Identify and execute upselling opportunities for additional listings and services.
- Understand partner business needs and effectively communicate platform benefits.
- Handle objections confidently, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and partner interactions.

What We're Looking For
- 6 to 12 months of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Acquisition, or BPO.
- German language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
- Commercially driven mindset with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Passion for the travel and hospitality industry is a plus.
