We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to lead the development of innovative Proofs of Concept (POCs) across a various application. The ideal candidate has strong handson expertise in machine learning, generative AI, LLMs, and rapid prototyping. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to explore current ideas, validate feasibility, and convert abstract business challenges into working AI prototypes.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys experimentation, fast iteration, and staying at the cutting edge of AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. POC Development & Prototyping

- Design, build, and deploy AI/ML prototypes to validate new concepts.
- Rapidly evaluate model feasibility using techniques such as classical ML, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.
- Implement LLMbased applications using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or custom pipelines.
- Build demos, internal tools, or sandbox environments to showcase POC results.

2. Research & Innovation

- Stay current with emerging AI trends,



architectures, and models (transformers, diffusion models, RAG, agentic workflows, multimodal models, etc.).
- Evaluate opensource and commercial models (e.g., GPTbased, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Mistral, Llama, Claude, etc.).
- Conduct experiments on model finetuning, embeddings, vector search, and optimization.

3. Engineering & Architecture

- Build scalable, productionready POC architectures when needed.
- Develop APIs, microservices, or pipelines to support POC integration.
- Apply MLOps practices (versioning, evaluation, monitoring) at a lightweight, appropriate-for-POC level.

4. CrossFunctional Collaboration

- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to define POC requirements.
- Translate business challenges into clear technical solutions.
- Present POC outcomes and recommendations to leadership.
