- Position: Associate Customer Support Location: Tech Mahindra, Sharda Centre, Off Karve Road, Erandwane, Pune

Qualification: HSC / Graduate & Above

Experience: 6+ Months in Customer Service

Languages: English, Hindi & Marathi

Shift: Rotational

- Salary:
- 012 Months: 2.64 LPA
- 12+ Months: 2.96 LPA
- UJ In-hand: 16,662/month

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries and provide resolutions
- Maintain quality, AHT/CHT & customer satisfaction
- Escalate priority issues when required
- Follow process updates and guidelines
- Maintain good attendance & punctuality

Skills Required:

- Good communication & customer-handling skills
- Valuable Marathi communication
- Basic computer/PC knowledge
- Multitasking & active listening skills
- Customer-focused approach
