Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.

- Work on D365 Sales and Customer Service modules.

- Develop C#/.NET Plugins, Custom Workflows, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse solutions.

- Design and maintain integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory (ADF), APIs, and Azure PaaS services.

- Develop and manage data migration, transformation, validation, and reconciliation processes.

- Manage Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, solution deployment, and ALM across Dev/UAT/Production environments.

- Troubleshoot application and integration issues, perform RCA, and provide production support.

- Monitor application/integration failures, alerts, and system performance.

- Prepare technical design documents, specifications, test plans, and technical documentation.

- Perform unit testing, code reviews, deployment validation, and defect resolution.

- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, functional teams, and global stakeholders.

- Work within Agile/Scrum methodology and participate in sprint activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- 47 years of overall IT experience with at least 2+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CE development.

- Strong experience in D365 Sales and Customer Service.

- Hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, Plugins, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

- Solid practical experience with Azure Logic Apps and Azure Data Factory (ADF).

- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, ALM, and solution deployment.

- Good understanding of Azure PaaS and enterprise application integrations.

- Experience in data migration, data validation, troubleshooting, and production support.

- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, REST/Web APIs is an advantage.

- Exposure to D365 Field Service, Project Operations/PSA, or Marketing is preferred.

- Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Developer Associate / Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Comfortable working with global teams and different time zones.

- Candidates should be hands-on technical developers, rather than purely functional D365 consultants.
