Mandatory Pointers:

- Education: any graduates (MBA Preferred)
- Experience: 1 to 8 years
- Skills: Sourcing and procurement/ Source to Contract
- NP- Immediate joiners or 30 days
- Shifts - Uk Shifts/Night Shifts/Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complex supplier onboarding and qualification activities.
- Review supplier compliance, contracts, and documentation.
- Support RFx, supplier evaluations, and sourcing activities.
- Handle escalations and perform root cause analysis.
- Conduct quality reviews and mentor team members.
- Support audits and healthcare regulatory compliance.
- Drive process improvements and SOP updates.





Experience & Domain Expertise
- Experience in Source-to-Contract / Strategic Sourcing / Supplier Management.
- Healthcare, hospital, pharmaceutical, or medical device procurement experience preferred.
- Knowledge of supplier onboarding, contract lifecycle, and vendor governance.

Skills & Competencies
- SAP / Oracle / Coupa / Ariba
- Advanced Excel and reporting
- Stakeholder management
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Healthcare procurement compliance awareness

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or equivalent. MBA/Procurement certifications preferred.

: 4-8 YRS

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day S2C operations and allocate work.
- Monitor SLA, productivity, and quality KPIs.
- Manage client escalations and governance calls.
- Coach and develop team members.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
- Ensure audit readiness and healthcare procurement compliance.
- Coordinate with sourcing, finance, and hospital stakeholders.
