Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage milk procurement operations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality milk from dairy farms and suppliers.

- Conduct regular quality checks on milk samples to ensure compliance with company standards.

- Develop and maintain relationships with dairy farmers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to source milk efficiently.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop current product formulations and improve existing ones.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-7 years of experience in agriculture, dairy, or food processing industry.

- Strong knowledge of dairy products, including production processes, quality control measures, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent communication skills for effective farm visits, negotiation with suppliers, and collaboration with internal teams.
