Job Summary

Nature Homes and Spaces is looking for a technically sound and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to oversee and coordinate civil, structural, and interior-related execution across residential and real estate projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of site execution, interior civil works, finishing, materials, measurements, quality control, and contractor coordination, with the ability to ensure projects are delivered as per drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate civil and interior execution at project sites.
- Handle RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, tiling, painting, and other finishing works.
- Coordinate execution of interior structures, including partitions, false ceilings, flooring levels, wall treatments, built-in elements, and related civil works.
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and interior drawings and ensure execution as per approved designs.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor daily site progress, manpower, material requirements, and work schedules.
- Check dimensions, levels, quantities, measurements, and workmanship to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity estimates, work measurements, material requirements, and contractor bills.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality issues, execution gaps, and potential delays.
- Ensure proper coordination between civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and interior works.




- Track project timelines and ensure activities are completed as per the agreed schedule.
- Assist in material selection, technical evaluation, and procurement coordination.
- Maintain site records, progress reports, checklists, measurements, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, construction practices, and project specifications.
- Identify site-level issues and provide practical technical solutions in coordination with consultants and management.
- Support the management team in project planning, cost control, quality management, and execution strategy.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Civil Engineering, preferably in residential real estate, construction, interior execution, or turnkey projects.
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Strong understanding of civil construction and interior finishing works.
- Good knowledge of drawings, BOQs, measurements, estimation, and site execution.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, architects, designers, and vendors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project documentation.
- Robust understanding of construction materials, workmanship, and quality standards.
- Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and site-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and work within tight project timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and timely execution.
- Experience with residential interiors, luxury homes, villas, apartments, or high-end finishing will be an advantage.
