Rapid Green Builders is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineer to join our team at Perundurai, Erode.

The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, project billing, rate analysis, measurements, cost monitoring, and coordination with site and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify BOQ and quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Prepare client bills, contractor bills and RA bills.
- Take and verify site measurements.
- Prepare rate analysis and cost estimates.
- Monitor project quantities and construction costs.
- Prepare measurement sheets and billing statements.
- Handle extra-item, variation and deviation statements.
- Check contractor bills against actual work executed.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Contractors and Clients.




- Prepare material reconciliation and project-related statements.
- Maintain accurate billing and quantity records.
- Use MS Excel and AutoCAD for quantity calculations and documentation.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in construction quantity surveying and billing.
- Experience in residential/commercial construction projects will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD
- Positive communication, coordination and documentation skills.
