The role focuses on bridging business and technology teams to deliver AI-powered solutions that improve productivity, automate business processes, enhance user experience, and drive measurable business outcomes.
The Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, AI architects, product owners, developers, and operations teams to define requirements, prioritize use cases, develop business cases, and ensure successful deployment of enterprise AI solutions. The role will support initiatives involving intelligent assistants, AI-powered service desk automation, knowledge assistants, virtual agents, and autonomous workflow solutions.
