Role Summary

We are seeking an AI Tools Specialist with 2–3 years of experience using generative AI and creative platforms, particularly ChatGPT, Claude, and Canva. The specialist will use these tools to create high-quality content, visuals, presentations, marketing materials, and workflow automations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, edit, and optimize content using ChatGPT and Claude.
- Design social-media posts, presentations, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing materials in Canva.
- Develop effective prompts and reusable prompt templates.
- Research topics, summarize documents, and generate reports with AI tools.
- Review AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, grammar, originality, and brand consistency.
- Build effective AI-assisted workflows for content, marketing, sales, and internal teams.
- Train team members on the responsible and effective use of AI tools.
- Maintain brand templates, prompt libraries, and content guidelines.
- Track developments in generative AI and recommend useful tools and features.
- Ensure confidential information and company data are handled securely.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, HR, sales, and operations teams.

Required Skills
- Hands-on expertise with ChatGPT, Claude, and Canva.
- Strong prompt-writing and content-editing skills.




- Good knowledge of Canva presentations, social-media designs, brand kits, templates, and basic video editing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to verify facts and improve AI-generated outputs.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI automation platforms such as Zapier or Make.
- Familiarity with image-generation and video-editing tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics, and content-management systems.
- Experience creating training materials or standard operating procedures.
- A portfolio of AI-assisted content, presentations, or Canva designs.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in content creation, digital marketing, graphic design, AI tools, or a similar role.
- Relevant AI, Canva, digital-marketing, or design certifications are an advantage.
