Hiring: Domestic IT Recruiter C2H

Location: Hyderabad KPHB

Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Shift: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Saturday: 8:30 AM 1:30 PM

We are looking for a Domestic IT Recruiter with 13 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and C2H hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Domestic IT recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Manage C2H (Contract-to-Hire) requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, notice period, and requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
- Handle CTC negotiation, offer closure, and joining coordination.
- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment pipelines.
- Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.

Required Skills
- 13 years of Domestic IT Recruitment experience.
- C2H experience is mandatory.




- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.

Preferred Candidates from IT staffing / recruitment consultancy companies with hands-on C2H and FTE hiring experience are preferred. Walk-in Interview
