Job Summary

Nature Homes and Spaces is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for architectural design, working drawings, construction documentation, and coordination with project and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare concept designs, presentation drawings, working drawings, and architectural details.
- Develop 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, project, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress, quality, and design compliance.
- Provide technical support and resolve design-related issues during project execution.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and project standards.




- Contribute innovative and practical design solutions aligned with client and project requirements.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Architecture, Real Estate, or Construction.
- Diploma in Architecture / B.Arch from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Good understanding of building construction, architectural detailing, and working drawings.
- Experience with residential or high-rise projects will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and site execution skills.
