Position: Waiter / Service Associate

Department: Food & Beverage

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Explain menu items, specials, and promotions to customers.
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely order service.
- Handle customer requests and resolve basic service issues politely.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and grooming.
- Prepare and clear tables before and after service.
- Process bills and payments accurately when required.
- Follow restaurant service standards and safety procedures.




- Work effectively with the team during busy service hours.

Requirements:

- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Positive attitude and qualified appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous restaurant/café experience is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
