Position: Accounts & Operations Specialist (CA Inter / Banking Background)

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Work from Office) :

We are looking for a dynamic financial qualified to handle accounting, compliance, and financial operations. This role is ideal for semi-qualified CAs (IPCC cleared with full articleship) or individuals with experience working in the banking sector. Key Responsibilities:

- Finalization of accounts, balance sheet preparation, and MIS reporting.
- Managing banking operations, reconciliations, and credit/loan tracking.
- Ensuring smooth compliance for GST, TDS, and corporate tax regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

- Must have cleared CA Inter / IPCC and completed 3 years of articleship, OR hold 1+ years of operational experience in a commercial bank.




- Located in Mumbai with a reasonable commute.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or advanced Excel.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, GST compliance, TDS filing, and general accounting tasks.
- Ensure timely finalization of financial statements and adherence to company's accounting policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth execution of accounting operations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
