Key responsibility areas: (Experience in Ice Cream is Mandatory )

- Manufacturing Operations – lead all plants, set the annual manufacturing strategy, hit production plans, improve productivity and standardize practices across facilities.
- Operational Excellence – build a Lean/Continuous-Improvement culture (OEE, RFT, TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
- Production Planning & Supply Assurance – ensure supply continuity through seasonal peaks, work with demand planning/sales on forecasting and inventory.
- Quality & Food Safety – FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 compliance; complaint resolution; "quality first" culture.
- Engineering & Maintenance – uptime, preventive/predictive maintenance, energy efficiency, automation.
- Cost Management – own manufacturing P&L;, reduce conversion cost, improve yield, drive cost savings.
- Projects & Capacity Expansion – lead greenfield/brownfield expansions and current line commissioning.
- Supply Chain Collaboration – improve OTIF, work with procurement/logistics/sales.
- People Leadership – lead Plant Heads and functional leaders; build capability, succession, engagement.
- Governance & Compliance – statutory compliance, EHS standards, audits
