Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the fund accounting team to ensure accurate and timely calculation of net asset value (NAV) for private equity funds.
- Collaborate with investment professionals to identify and resolve discrepancies in NAV calculations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including portfolio managers, analysts, and other departments within the organization.
- Provide expert guidance on waterfall and alternative methods for calculating NAV.
Job Requirements :
- 14-20 years of experience in fund accounting or a related field.
- Solid understanding of private equity industry practices and regulations.
- Experience working with large datasets and ability to analyze complex financial data.
