We are seeking a skilled Network VoIP Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and supporting enterprise Voice over IP (VoIP) infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in networking, SIP protocols, IP telephony platforms, voice troubleshooting, and unified communications technologies

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support VoIP systems and IP telephony infrastructure.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SIP trunks, gateways, SBCs, and voice routing.
- Manage and support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity, UCCX, or equivalent VoIP platforms.
- Monitor voice network performance and ensure high availability of voice services.
- Troubleshoot call quality issues such as latency, jitter, packet loss, and one-way audio.
- Perform packet analysis using Wireshark and other network troubleshooting tools.
- Configure and support Cisco IP Phones, Softphones, and video conferencing solutions.
- Work with telecom vendors and service providers for PRI/SIP circuit issues.
