We are hiring experienced VKYC Executives to handle customer verification through video calls. The ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, and have strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Video KYC (VKYC) verification for customers.
- Verify customer details and documents as per company guidelines.
- Communicate professionally with customers through video calls.
- Follow VKYC processes and compliance requirements accurately.
- Ensure accuracy during the verification process.
- Maintain a skilled customer experience throughout the interaction.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Prior experience in VKYC / Video KYC is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.




- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary and Work Details

- Salary: Up to ₹30,000–₹32,000 in-hand per month.
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day.
- Shift Timing: Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
- Weekly Off: Rotational.
- Employment Type: Full-Time.

Preferred Candidates Candidates with relevant VKYC / Video KYC experience and immediate availability will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
