RolenOwn visual execution across Effora’s social media, website, landing pages, ads, marketplaces, campaigns and product launches.

nThis role is for someone who combines strong visual taste, UI/UX thinking and video execution and can translate brand ideas into high-quality consumer-facing output.

Responsibilitiesn

- Create static and motion creatives for social media, paid ads and campaigns
n
- Design and improve website pages, landing pages and e-commerce journeys
n
- Work on UI/UX, wireframes and conversion-focused layouts
n
- Edit Reels, short-form videos, product videos and performance creatives
n
- Translate brand briefs into strong visual concepts and executions
n
- Maintain consistency across all customer-facing brand touchpoints
n
- Support packaging, launches, website and marketplace creatives
n
- Repurpose content across multiple formats and channels
n

Must-have qualificationsn

- 2–4 years in Visual Design, UI/UX and Video Editing
n
- Strong portfolio across static design, UI/UX and short-form video
n
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro / After Effects or equivalent
n
- Strong understanding of e-commerce UX and conversion-focused design
n
- Strong social-first and performance creative skills
n
- Excellent visual taste, typography and composition

- Fast, independent and execution-oriented

- Experience in D2C, Beauty, Wellness, Fashion or Lifestyle

- Shopify / e-commerce website design exposure
