- Design and verifyhigh-speed memory interfaces, including LPDDR5/LPDDR6, DDR, SerDes, and HBM protocols

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for chip integration and system validation

- Optimize analog and mixed-signal circuits for low power and high speed

- Lead or contribute to design for testability and design for manufacturability

nPreferred Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in VLSI high-speed interface design

- Proficiency in DDR, LPDDR, SerDes, and HBM design and verification
N
- Strong understanding ofhigh-speed signaling, timing analysis, and signal integrity

- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools and flow
