Role Description As a Visual Design Intern at Web Martini, you will support the design team in creating visually compelling assets for digital campaigns, brand collaterals, and presentations. You will assist in developing graphics and layouts aligned with brand guidelines, iterating on feedback from senior designers and marketers. Daily tasks may include preparing mockups, refining existing designs, organizing design files, and contributing ideas during creative brainstorming sessions.





You will also conduct visual and market research to inform design decisions and stay updated on current design trends and tools. This is an in office internship role based in New Delhi, offering hands-on experience, mentorship, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in visual and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging Graphics for digital media.
- Ability to perform visual and market Research to support design concepts and creative decision-making.
- Basic understanding of Architecture or spatial design concepts, helpful for structured layouts and environment-based visuals.
- Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools or similar design software, and willingness to learn new digital design platforms.
- Proficiency in common design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent), with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a design, visual communication, architecture, or related program.
- Strong attention to detail, openness to feedback, and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to present and discuss design ideas with team members.
